AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY AND PRACTICE.

The International Recycling Group will hold its seminar-workshop on Recycling Technology and Practice in Manila on Nay 16-22, 1977, which will be attended by scientists and specialists from the United States, Germany, Australia and Japan.

The attendance of not more than (2) delegates each from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Department of Public Highways, Bureau of Fiber Development, Department of Trade, Philippine National Oil Commission, Bureau of Equipment, Bureau of Soils, Energy Development Board, Bureau of Forestry, Presidential Committee on Wood Industries Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Bureau of Animal Industry, National Science Development Board, National Institute of Science and Technology, Bureau of Youth and Welfare, Human Settlements Commission, UP Diliman and the Board of Investments, Agricultural Credit Administration, Bureau of Agricultural Extension, Bureau of Agricultural Economics, Bureau of Commerce, Bureau of Farm Management, Bureau of Research & Laboratories, Bureau of Lands, Bureau of Plant Industry, Bureau of Public School, Bureau of Private Schools, Bureau of Training, Research & Special Projects, Bureau of Vocational Education, Central Luzon Caravan Authority, Central Luzon State University, Department of Agrarian Reform, Deportment of Agriculture, Department of Natural Resources, Department of Education and Culture, Department of Health, Department of Labor, Department of Local Government & Community Development, Department of Public Information, Department of Social Welfare, Development Bank of the Philippines, Forest Prod. Research & Industries Development Commission, Food & Drug Administration, Land Bank of the Philippines, National Development Company, National Economics & Development Authority, National Grains Authority, National Irrigation Administration, National Media Production Center, National Power Corporation, Philippine Atomic Energy Commission, Philippine College of Arts and Trades, Philippine College of Commerce, The Philippine National Bank, Philippine Patent Office, Philippine Sugar Institute, Philippine Tobacco Administration, Philippine Virginia Tobacco Administration, is hereby authorized on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation and seminar fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127, series of 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar-workshop within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1aшphi1
