AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 974 DATED APRIL 13, 1977 AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR FOR ACTION OFFICERS, THE CHAIRMEN AND MEMBERS OF SPECIAL ACTION COMMITTEES OF ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES IN THE VISAYAS.

Memorandum Circular No. 974 dated April 13, 1977, authorizing attendance in the seminar for Action Officers, the Chairmen and Members of Special Action Committees of all government offices in the Visayas, is hereby amended so as to indicate the duration of the seminar from May 25 to May 27, 1977 instead of April 27 to April 29, 1977.1aшphi1
