ALLOWING PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE REFERENDUM-PLEBISCITE IN SOUTHERN PHILIPPINES ON APRIL 17, 1977.

In order to enable all persons in the government service who are duty-bound to take active part in the April 17 referendum-plebiscite in southern Philippines, they are hereby authorized to go to their respective cities or provinces for the purpose on official time.1aшphi1

All heads of departments, bureaus, offices or agencies of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby directed to see to the full participations of officials and employees in their respective offices who are legal residents of any of the places where the plebiscite will be held.
