MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 969, March 14, 1977 ] URGING THE ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION OF CSC-JET GRADUATES AND PRESENT JET PARTICIPANTS BASED IN METRO MANILA AT THE LAUNCHING OF THE 1977 INTER-DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES’ ATHLETIC LEAGUE (IDEAL) ATHELETIC SEASON. The Inter-Department Employees’ Athletic League (IDEAL) organized by different executive departments and constitutional offices for the purpose of carrying out effectively the national program on physical fitness is launching its 1977 athletic season with a walkathon on March 19, 1977. All CSC-JET graduates and present JET participants based in Metro Manila are hereby enjoined to lead the employees of their respective departments and offices in the walkathon. The participants shall assemble at the Quezon Memorial Circle on Saturday, March 19, at 5:30 A. M. and proceed to the Camp Emilio Aguinaldo Grandstand and Parade Grounds where the opening ceremonies will be held on or about 7:30 A.M.1aшphi1 (SGD.) JACOBO C.
