AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.957 DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1977.

Memorandum Circular No. 957 dated February 11, 1977, creating an Executive Committee to take charge of the preparation and arrangements for the holding of the 10th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank to be held in Manila on April 21 to 23, 1977 is hereby amended so as to include Brig. Gen. Prospero Olivas, Commanding; General, METROCOM and Col. Antonio P. Abaya, Group Commander, Constabulary Highway Patrol Group, as Members of the Executive Committee.1aшphi1
