AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 954 DATED JANUARY 26, 1977 REQUIRING- GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AUTHORIZED TO TRAVEL ABROAD TO ATTEND A PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION COURSE/SEMINAR.

Memorandum Circular No. 954, date January 26, 1977, requiring Government officials and employees authorized to travel abroad to attend a pre-departure orientation course/seminar at the Philippine Center for Advanced Studies, is hereby amended so as to exempt officials and employees who have undergone pre-departure orientation at the department of Foreign Affairs.1aшphi1

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
