FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 614 DATED JANUARY 11, 1973.

Memorandum Circular No. 614, series of 1973 as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 714, series of 1974, entitled: “Urging Nomination of Participants for the Training Program in Development Economics at the School of Economics, University of the Philippines,” is further amended so as to allow the participants thereof to undergo training on official study leave with pay and to collect monthly allowances of ?300.00 each without additional meal and transportation allowances or monthly stipend from their mother agency or the U.P., and to allow likewise the payment of honorarium of not exceeding ?100.00 per hour of lecture to the guest lecturers of the Training Program, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1
