RESETTING THE SEMINAR SCHEDULE OF THE PERSONNEL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (POAP) FOR THE AREAS COVERED BY ADMINISTRATIVE REGION NO. 9

In view of the plebiscite called in 13 southern provinces on February 21, 1977, the seminar on “The New Orientation” to cover Administrative Region No 9 in Zamboanga City sponsored by the Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines (POAP) with the cooperation and technical assistance of the Civil Service Commission is hereby reset from February 21-25, 1977 to February 28-March 4, 1977 to afford participants who are residents of the region to cast their votes.1aшphi1
