MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1027, December 20, 1977 ] AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF REPRESENTATION ALLOWANCES OF PERSONNEL INVOLVED IN THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL. The different Performances Evaluation Committees organized by Regional Directors of the Civil Service Commission to appraise the performance of government employees in the regions in accordance with Letter of Instructions No. 320 dated September 23, 1975, have submitted their respective reports to the Civil Service Commission. The information contained in these reports will be useful for decision-making in the Commission, for the formulation of personnel policies and the adoption of relevant personnel programs in the various agencies of the government. For these reasons and considering that those who participated in this effort contributed much of their personal time and other resources for its successful completion, it is hereby directed that the different agencies in which these personnel are employed provide them with representation allowances at the rate of ?500 month for the Chairmen and other officials of the project and ?300 a month for committee member chargeable against the savings of their respective agencies, provided that the period to be covered shall not exceed eight (8) months This Memorandum-Circular shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
