DIRECTING ALL DEPARTMENT SECRETARIES AND HEADS OF AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO SUBMIT TO THIS OFFICE A LIST OF ALL CONTRACTS FOR CIVIL WORKS, OR PURCHASE OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS.

All Department Secretaries and Heads of Agencies of the government are hereby directed to submit to this Office a list of all contracts for civil works, or purchase of machinery, equipment, supplies and materials which are under negotiation, pending award or pending final approval involving any amount, including contracts covering only a segment of a single project.
