MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1008, September 30, 1977 ] FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 614 DATED JANUARY 11, 1963. Memorandum Circular Mo. 614, series of 1963 as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 714, series of 1974 and Memorandum Circular 959 series of 1977, entitled: “Urging Nomination of Participants for Training Program in Developmental Economics at the School of Economics, University of the Philippines”, is further amended to take effect May 3, 1976 so as to allow participants of the Twelfth Session of the Program thereof to undergo training on official study leave with pay and to collect monthly allowances of ?300.00 each without additional meal and transportation allowances or monthly stipend from their mother agency of the U.P., subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
