REVISED SCHEDULE OF THE MOBILE INFORMATION TEAMS OF PAGLILINGKOD: BAGONG LIPUNAN CONSTITUTED UNDER LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 589
Pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 589 constituting Mobile Information Teams for PAGLILINGKOD: BAGONG LIPUNAN under the sponsorship of the Career Executive Service Officers Guild and the Bureau Directors Association, the attached revised schedule and composition of said teams is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.
The team member whose name is underlined is assigned as temporary team leader for purpose of calling a meeting of all the members to organize themselves, to select a permanent team leader from among themselves, to choose other personnel to augment themselves as provided for in the said Letter of Instructions, and to plan their strategies to carry out their functions.
The CESO Guild and BUDIRAS shall organize pre-departure briefings of the Mobile Information Teams. The attendance of team members in the said briefings shall be on official time.1aшphi1
All requests for change of dates and places of assignments, deferment or deletion from the said teams and schedules should be made in writing, stating therein the reasons thereof, and addressed to the CESO Guild Sercretariat, Room 301, National Economic and Development Authority. To facilitate changes of dates and places of assignments, the team members are advised to follow the provisions of the aforestated Letter of Instructions.
Graduates of the Career Executive Services Development Program and Members of the Bureau of Directors Association who are not included in the attached schedule should communicate with the CESO Guild Secretariat for inclusion in the Mobile Information Teams.
