MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1006, September 26, 1977 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1005 REQUIRING ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO MAKE AN INVENTORY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE WHO AMONG THEM BE ASSIGNED FOR EXTENSION WORK. Memorandum Circular No. 1005 is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph after the penultimate paragraph thereof to read as follows: “The Office of the President and the Civil Service Commission shall coordinate in collating the inventory of officials and employees required in Letter of Instructions No. 599.” This circular shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
