MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 947, November 25, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIRST ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE) will hold its First Annual Convention in Manila on December 1-4, 1976, to elect its national directorate and to forge its initial blueprint of activities for national interests. All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send a representative each, preferably members of the Institute, to the convention on official tine provided that no expenditure of government funds shall be involved other than the payment of the salary of the participants. The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1aшphi1 (SGD.) JACOBO C.
