AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE REGIONAL SEMINARS AND ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE GOVERNMENT PROSECUTORS LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES.

The Government Prosecutors League of the Philippines (GPLP), in conjunction with the U.P. Law Center, will hold regional seminars; at Cagayan de Oro City on October 12-14, 1976, for Mindanao government prosecutors; at Bacolod City on October 23-30, 1976, for Visayan government prosecutors; and at Baguio City on November 24-26, 1976, for Luzon government prosecutors, where the League will also hold its Annual National Convention and election of officers for 1977.

The seminars will deal with the administration of criminal law and procedure, the proper interpretation and effective implementation of Presidential Decrees, Letters of Instructions and General Orders in relation to the New Constitution.

The attendance in the seminar of not more than one hundred (100) government prosecutors each in Cagayan de Oro City, Baguio City and Bacolod City, is hhereby authorized on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation, per diems and seminar fees not exceeding ?200.00 per participant, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential .decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1

The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the seminars within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
