MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 933, September 13, 1976 ] ENJOINING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO GIVE MAXIMUM SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION AND THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE TEACHER EXAMINATION TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1976. WHEREAS, under Presidential Decree No. 388, appropriate examinations for public school teachers are given to establish register of teacher eligibles from which certification may he made whenever teacher eligible may be needed for appointment; WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission and the Department of Education and Culture announced the conduct of the Teacher examination on December 12, 1976, in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao; WHEREFORE, in order to insure success in the conduct of this examination, the Department of National Defense, through the Office of the Undersecretary for Civilian deletions, the Philippine Constabulary, the Philippine Air Force, the Philippine Navy, the National Police Commission, and the National Intelligence and Security Agency are requested to extend maximum support and assistance to the Civil Service Commission and the Department of Education end Culture to enable full security and smooth administration of the 1976 Teacher examination. The National Media Production Center, Bureau of Telecommunication, and the National Computer Center are likewise requested to extend maximum support and assistance relative to the dissemination of essential information on the holding of the examinations the utilization of communication facilities throughout the country, and in the computer processing of the results, respectively.1aшphi1 The Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Civil Aeronautics Administration are requested to give adequate assistance and support in the transportation of personnel and materials from the Civil Service Commission and Department of Education and Culture to the examination centers throughout the country which are serviced by land, sea, and/or air transportation.
