AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 925 DATED AUGUST 12, 1976, AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR FOR ACTION OFFICERS, THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF SPECIAL ACTION COMMITTEES OF ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES IN THE METROPOLITAN MANILA AREA.

Memorandum Circular No. 925 dated August 12, 1976, authorizing attendance in the seminar for Action Officers, Chairman and Members of Special Action Committees of various government offices in the Metropolitan Manila Area, is hereby amended so as to authorize heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations to send their participants to the seminar on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation and seminar fees but without per diems.1aшphi1
