MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 926, August 12, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION SPONSORED WORKSHOP ON MBO/MOR/MORE. The Civil Service Commission is conducting a Workshop on MBO/MOR/MORE on September 3-5, 1976 at the Development Academy of the Philippines, Tagaytay City. The workshop is designed to find a managerial technique that would increase productivity and insure national development and progress. This is in keeping with the “results” orientation of the government under the New Society.1aшphi1 Heads of departments and agencies concerned are hereby requested to authorize officials invited by the Commission to participate in the Workshop on official business with reasonable expenses for transportation and per diems including seminar fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No, 344 as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
