MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 924, July 30, 1976 ] REQUIRING ALL HEADS OF GOVERNMENT OFFICES INCLUDING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND GOVERNMENT OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN AN ENERGY SAVINGS CHART IN THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICES. In order to generate awareness of the importance of energy conservation and to effectively monitor energy consumption in all government agencies, all heads of government offices including local governments and government owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to develop and maintain in Energy Savings Chart which shall be prominently displayed in the premises of their respective offices. The chart will show energy consumption of the government offices for the current year as compared to the consumption in 1975 and 1974. For uniformity the attached copy of the Energy Savings Chart of PNCC shall serve as reference and guide in the preparation thereof.1aшphi1 This Circular shall take effect immediately.
