MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 919, June 30, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL EXPENSES FOR TRAINING MATERIALS AND OTHER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE JUNIOR EXECUTIVE TRAINING PROGRAM. In order to effectively arouse the spirit of professionalism, discipline and dedication in the public service through an extensive and intensive personnel development program a3 envisaged in Letter of Instructions No. 317 dated September 25, 1975, all heads of departments, bureaus, offices, agencies, government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments, are hereby authorized to incur an additional expense of not exceeding ?350.00 for training materials and other incidental expenses for their respective participants in the Junior Executive Training Program being conducted by, and coordinated with, the Civil Service Commission, chargeable against their respective appropriations, subject to the availability thereof and the usual audit.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
