PROVIDING FOR THE SYSTEMATIC DISTRIBUTION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREES AND ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUANCES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.
1. Henceforth, official copies of Presidential Decrees, orders, circulars and other administrative issuances shall be distributed by this Office only to the heads of departments, independent offices or entities, and agencies directly under the Office of the President, as well as local governments in the Metro Manila area.
2. The office heads referred to above shall have the said issuances immediately reproduced and distributed to the offices and officials under their respective jurisdictions.
3. It is desirable .that reproduction and distribution be done without undue delay in order that all offices are kept abreast of new laws and the latest policies and procedures emanating from the Office of the President.
4. The heads of offices are also hereby required to designate the appropriate officials who shall be directly responsible for the faithful reproduction of the issuances and the early distribution of their copies.1aшphi1 Their names, positions and telephone numbers shall be furnished this Office to facilitate coordination.
