MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 906, April 23, 1976 ] PRESCRIBING ACTION FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 310 DATED AUGUST 26, 1975. In connection with the implementation of Presidential Decree No, 712 dated May 27, 1975, converting the fixed monthly pensions under Commonwealth Act No. 186, as amended, to indexed monthly pensions, the President issued Letter of Instruction No. 310 ordering a verified listing of all government officials and employees to be submitted to the Government Service Insurance System. To this end, the GSIS devised an Information Sheet which officials and employees were to accomplish and submit to the System not later than December 31, 1975, as directed in LOI No. 310. The System has reported that up to now many officials and employees have failed to submit their information sheets as required. All heads of departments, bureaus, commissions and offices; managing heads of government-owned and controlled corporations; and all national and local offices concerned are hereby directed to take administrative disciplinary action against the officials and employees under them who may fail to submit their information sheets to the GSIS on or before May 31, 1976.1aшphi1 The GSIS shall, within a reasonable time after May 31, 1976, report to this Office those who failed to comply with this Circular.
