AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 894 DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1976.

Memorandum Circular No. 894 authorizing the sending of delegates to the Ninth National Convention of Government Civil Engineers of the Philippines is hereby amended, so as to authorize the payment by the agencies concerned of convention fee subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
