AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 888 DATED JANUARY 22, 1976, AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND NATIONAL TRISECTORAL CONGRESS TO BE HELD BY THE NATIONAL SOCIAL ACTION COUNCIL.

Memorandum Circular No. 888 of this Office dated January 22, 1976, authorizing attendance in the Second National Trisectoral Congress to he held by the National Social Action Council at the Teachers Camp, Baguio City, on March 15-19, 1976, is hereby amended so as to authorize heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, both national and local, to send their officials and employees, who are trisectoral leaders, to the Congress on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation and per diems, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds end the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1
