URGING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CONCERNED TO GIVE MAXIMUM SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION IN THE CONDUCT OF THE 1976 CAREER SERVICE (PROFESSIONAL AND SUB-PROFESSIONAL) EXAMINATION.
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission is charged with, the duty of administering the Career Service (Professional and Sub-Professional) examination;
WHEREAS, the Career Service (Professional and Sub-Professional) examination is scheduled to be given on April 25, 1976 in Manila and Luzon and on May 2, 1976 in Manila, Visayas and Mindanao;
WHEREFORE, the Department of National Defense, through the Office of the Undersecretary for Civilian Relations, the Philippine Constabulary, the Philippine Air Force, the Philippine Navy, the National Police Commission, and the National Intelligence and Security Agency, are hereby enjoined to extend maximum support and assistance to the Civil Service Commission to enable full security and smooth administration of the 1976 Career Service (Professional and Sub-Professional) examination.
The National Media Production Center, the Bureau of Telecommunications and the National Computer Center are likewise enjoined to extend maximum support and assistance relative to the dissemination of essential information on the holding of the examinations, the utilization of communication facilities throughout the country, and in the computer processing of the results, respectively.
The Commissioner of Customs is hereby directed to exempt from ordinary inspection, if legally feasible, all classified materials pertinent to the Career Service (Professional and Sub-Professional) examination.
The Administrator of Civil Aeronautics is hereby enjoined to give adequate assistance and support in the transportation of personnel and materials from the Civil Service Commission to the examination centers throughout the country which are serviced by air transportation.1aшphi1
