MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 885, December 29, 1975 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 881 dated NOVEMBER 21, 1975, ON THE ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON ENERGY CONSERVATION. Memorandum Circular No. 881 dated November 21, 1975, authorizing attendance in the Seminar-Workshop on Energy Conservation to be conducted by the Association of Government Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (AGMEEP), is hereby amended so as to reschedule the seminar-workshop on January 15-16, 1976 at the UP Institute of Small Scale Industries’ Virata Hall, Diliman, Quezon City, and to include the attendance of technical personnel involved in energy conservation, particularly those assigned or to be assigned as agency/ office energy conservation officers, provided that the total number of participants shall not exceed one hundred fifty.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷ It is understood that the seminar fee to be charged shall not be more than ?200.00 and that participants whose official stations are within the Greater Manila Area shall not be entitled to per diems but to reasonable transportation expenses only.
