EXCUSING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA

BEGINNING 1:00 O’CLOCK P.M. TODAY, DECEMBER 24, 1975.

All heads of departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations within the Greater Manila Area are hereby authorized to excuse employees under them beginning 1:00 o’clock P.M. today to afford them sufficient time to spend Christmas with their families.

It is understood that this Circular shall not apply to employees engaged in essential public services, such as communications, public utility, weather forecasting and such other services as may be determined by the heads of offices.1aшphi1
