AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY, TONDO FORESHORE LAND-DAGAT-DAGATAN URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
The National Housing Authority, Tondo Foreshore-Dagat-Dagatan Project will sponsor a seminar-workshop on “Development and Coordination” on December 10-12, 1975, at the Sierra Grande Resort, Tagaytay City.
The objective of the seminar aims to coordinate the agencies concerned to avert mismanagement, confusion and needless delay in the implementation of the project.
The agencies listed hereunder are hereby directed to send one (1) representative each (regional director/officer in-charge or their assistants) to the seminar-workshop on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation and per diems, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 193 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.
