AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON ENERGY CONSERVATION TO BE HELD BY THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (AGMEEP).
The Association of Government Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (AGMEEP) will hold a two-day Seminar on Energy Conservation at the BBP Auditorium, Makati, Rizal, on December 11-12, 1975.
The seminar aims to make the government mechanical, electrical and electronics engineers active participants in the government’s efforts to formulate strategies and guidelines that would help conserve our existing energy resources and at the same time develop a new ones.
All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, both national and local, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorize to sent their mechanical, electrical and electronics engineers, preferably members of the Association, to the seminar on official time with seminar fees, per diems and transportation expenses, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973 subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1
The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report of their attendance and participation in the seminar within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
