MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 880, November 18, 1975 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 875 DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1075, AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRD NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (AOLP). Memorandum Circular No. 875 of this Office dated November 7, 1975, authorizing attendance in the Third National Conference of the Administrative Officers League of the Philippines, Inc. (AOLP), is hereby amended so as to authorize chiefs of regional offices of different departments, engineering district offices, government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments outside the Greater Manila Area to send their Chief of Administrative Service or Administrative Officer and their immediate assistant to the conference on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation, per diems and conference fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973 subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
