MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 874, November 3, 1975 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 867 DATED OCTOBER 2, 1975, AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE DANCE CLINIC WORKSHOP SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, INC. (PGCA). Memorandum Circular No. 867 of this Office dated October 2, 1975; authorizing attendance in the dance clinic workshop to be conducted by the Philippine Government Cultural Association, Inc. (PGCA), is hereby amended so as to reschedule the workshop on November 25-27, 1975, and to authorize heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments within the Greater Manila Area to send two (2) participants each, instead of only one.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
