URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SIXTH PHILIPPINE MANAGEMENT CONGRESS.

The Philippine Council of Management (PHILCOMAN) will sponsor the Sixth Philippine Management Congress to be held on November 24 to 26, 1975 at the Philippine Village Hotel. The theme of the Congress is “Management Confrontation with Asian Realities”.

Management experts, practitioners, educators, and government leaders from the Philippines and other countries will participate as speakers, discussants and delegates. The Management Congress will explore the role of the Manager in total development in the light of the rapid political and social changes in the region as well as the new priority areas, growing opportunities and expanding responsibilities of the Management Executive.

The Congress will enable participants to gain new insights into recent trends and developments in business management and public administration.

In view hereof, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to authorize attendance in the Congress of selected participants on official time, not exceeding three (3)from their respective offices.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report of their attendance with their observations and comments on the deliberations in the Congress.1aшphi1
