AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE DANCE CLINIC WORKSHOP SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, INC. (PGCA).

The Philippine Government Cultural Association, Inc. (PGCA) will hold a dance clinic workshop in Manila on September 10-12, 1975, for the purpose of upgrading the competence and skill of the members and instructors of the various dance groups in government offices and to provide them with the varied techniques, ideas and style in authentic folk dance, modern dance and stylized folk dancing.

All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments situated within the Greater Manila Area, that are members of the PGCA, are hereby authorized to send one (1) member and/or instructor of their respective dance groups or of their office staff who are involved in cultural activities to the workshop on official time with reasonable expenses for transportation and workshop fees, chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the workshop within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1aшphi1
