CLARIFYING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 740 OF THIS OFFICE DATED MAY 23, 1974.

Memorandum Circular No. 740 of this Office dated May 23, 1974, granting daily allowance to participants in the Career Executive Service Development Program of the Development Academy of the Philippines in Tagaytay City, under CAO General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, is hereby clarified that it applies not only to the session conducted from April 21-to June 30, 1974, but to all sessions of the Career Executive Service Development Program of the Academy.1aшphi1
