MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 843, June 10, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRTEENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED (BUDIRAS). The Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc., which is composed of top career service officers in the Government will hold its Thirteenth Annual National Convention at the Philippine Village Hotel, Pasay City, on June 18-20, 1975, with the theme: INTEGRATION: KEY TO NATIONAL UNITY.” This year’s convention theme of the Bureau Directors’ Association is timely and significant considering the need to stress upon the members of the BUDIRAS the role they are called upon to discharge to not only ensure but also accelerate the attainment of the goals and objectives of the New Society in line with integration for national unity. In vie w of the foregoing, all members of the BUDIRAS are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on official time provided that no government expense is involved in connection therewith except the payment of convention fees, chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to the Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
