MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 840, June 5, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND MEAL ALLOWANCE TO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES FOR THEIR ATTENDANCE IN THE REHEARSALS IN PREPARATION FOR THE 1975 INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION. Government employees attending the rehearsals on June 6, 8 and 10, 1975, in preparation for the 1975 Independence Day Celebration are hereby authorized to collect transportation and meal allowance of ?2.00 for the said period, chargeable against savings in their respective offices, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 All heads of departments and offices of the government whose employees are participating in the said rehearsals ‘are hereby authorized to implement the provisions of this Circular.
