Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 435 dated 11 October 1974 concerning the hosting by the Philippine Government of the Third Ministerial Meeting of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTD) Group of 77 to be held in Manila in February 1976, the composition of the Committee on Conference Matters and the Committee on Substantive Matters is hereunder indicated:

The Committee shall provide directional guidance and render coordinating assistance to a Secretariat headed by a ranking official that will be formed by the Department of Foreign Affairs to service the requirements of the meeting.1aшphi1
The Committees may call upon the heads of the Departments, bureaus, and offices not indicated above as may be necessary in the performance of their functions and responsibilities.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
