AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 831 OF THIS OFFICE DATED MAY 7, 1975 AUTHORIZING THE GOVERNMENT PROSECUTORS’ LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES (GPLP) TO HOLD A CONVENTION-SEMINAR AND ENJOINING ATTENDANCE THEREIN.

Memorandum Circular No. 831 of this Office dated May 7, 1975, authorizing the Government Prosecutors’ League of the Philippines (GPLP ) to hold a convention-seminar and workshop in Cebu City from May 14-17, 1975 on the theme: “The Prosecution Arm of the Government and Its Role in the Development for Progress of the Republic,” and enjoining attendance therein, is hereby amended so as to authorize the attendance of not exceeding three hundred (300) participants therein and to modify the date for the holding thereof to June 1 to 4, 1975.

It is understood that the expenses of any one participant shall in no case exceed the total amount of ?676.1aшphi120, and that the expenses of the participants in excess of the total number mentioned above shall

be borne by the aforesaid participants.
