MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 806, February 12, 1975 ] DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY AS OVER-ALL COORDINATOR OF ALL ACTIVITIES TO BE HELD IN OBSERVANCE OF THE NATIONAL ACCOUNTANCY WEEK. Proclamation No. 19, dated March 9, 1966, declared the third week of March of every year as Accountancy Week, under the auspices of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In view of the numerous organizations or associations in the local accounting profession that are desirous of joining in the observance of the Accountancy Week, and to provide for a proper coordination of all activities necessary for a successful celebration thereof, the Chairman of the Board of Accountancy is hereby designated to take charge of the initiation and/or coordination of all activities of the various organizations and associations in marking this year’s Accountancy Week from March 16 to 22, 1975. The Chairman of the Board of Accountancy may avail himself of the assistance of Government agencies and personnel and other professional groups whenever it is deemed necessary for the purpose. 1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
