MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 801, February 8, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SYMPOSIUM-FORUM ON THE ULTIMATE TAX AMNESTY UNDER PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 631 AND ON THE FORTHCOMING NATIONAL REFERENDUM. The Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Cities of Manila, Quezon and Pasay and the municipalities of Makati and Parañaque will jointly sponsor a “SYMPOSIUM-FORUM” on The Ultimate Tax Amnesty (PD 631) and on the forthcoming National Referendum to be held on February 8, 1975, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. at the Folk Arts Theater, Roxas Boulevard. The Symposium-Forum will discuss the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 631 and its implementing regulations, as well as the questions to be submitted to the people in the forthcoming National Referendum, with the view to enlightening the public of the advantages of availing of the benefits of the decree on Ultimate Tax Amnesty and of the objectives and subject of the Referendum. Considering the importance of the subjects to be discussed, all local government employees in the Greater Manila Area are hereby enjoined and authorized to attend the symposium on official time.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
