Memorandum Circular No. 739 dated May 20, 1974 of this Office urging attendance in the Seminar on Supply Management to be conducted by the Bureau of Supply Coordination is hereby further amended so as to include Iloilo City as the seminar site for the Western Visayas Region.1aшphi1
