INFORMING ALL CONCERNED OF THE RANKING STRUCTURE OF THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CES BOARD AND APPROVED BY HIS EXCELLENCY, THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES, ON OCTOBER 11, 1974.
For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the ranking structure of the Career Executive Service recommended by the Career Executive Service Board and approved by His Excellency, the President of the Philippines on 11 October 1974:

Section 2. The amount of 913.5 M or so much as may be necessary to implement the revised rates of compensation is hereby appropriated out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. In case of deficiency, savings in the appropriations of the respective officer and agencies may be utilized for this purpose.
Section 3. The Minister of the Budget and the Career Executive Service Board shall promulgate the rules and regulations for the implementation of this Decree.1aшphi1
Section 4. Any and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Decree are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
Section 5. This Decree shall take effect on July 1, 1978.
