AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SYMPOSIUM-WORKSHOP ON CHORAL CONDUCTING, SINGING AND CHOREOGRAPHY SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT CULTURAL ASSOCIATION.

The Philippine Government Cultural Association, Inc. (PGCA), will hold a symposium-workshop on the subject of choral conducting, singing and choral choreography on January 10, 1975 (from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) at the National Library Auditorium, Manila. The workshop is intended to upgrade the competence of the various choral groups maintained by the PGCA member agencies.

In view thereof, all heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments, that are members of the PGCA, are hereby authorized to send the conductors and choreographers as well as not more than five (5)  (not more than three in the case of national and local offices located outside the Greater Manila Area) members of their respective choral groups or of their office staff who are involved in cultural activities, to the symposium-workers on official time reasonable expenses for transportation, per diems and workshop fee, chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, in accordance with the provision of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, as implemented by COA General Circular No. 127 dated November 27, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office dated August 8, 1972.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the symposium-workshop within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
