CREATING A COMMITTEE TO ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FORTHCOMING SEVENTH COUNCIL MEETING OF THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN FISHERIES DEVELOPMENT CENTER (SEAFDEC).
The Seventh Council Meeting of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) which will be hosted by the Philippine Government through the Bureau of Fisheries is scheduled to be held in Manila from December 16 to 20, 1974.
In view of the importance and significance of the event and in order to ensure the success of the Meeting, a Committee is hereby created to assist the Philippine Organizing Committee for the Seventh SEAFDEC Council Meeting with respect to arrangements aspect thereof which shall be composed of the following:

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office or agency of the government for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its task.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
