[ Memorandum Circular No. 779, December 2, 1974 ]

Participants from provincial government and other government agencies who will attend the Field Workshop on Real Property Tax Administration at Palawan and the Data Gathering Course in Manila of the Provincial Development Assistance Project on 2 to 6 December and 9 to 11 December, respectively are hereby exempted from the provisions under Memo Circular of the President, dated 8 August 1972 regarding attendance at meetings, seminars, workshops, conventions or the like.
