EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA AT 12:00 O’CLOCK NOON TODAY DUE TO THE TYPHOON.

The announcement issued by this Office through the radio and telephobe, excusing from work official and employees of government offices within the Greater Manila Area and other areas affected by typhoon “Aning,” except those engaged in relief, rehabilitation and rescue operations, as well as communications and public utility services including the necessary personnel of the “PAGASA”, beginning 12:00 o’clock noon, today only, November 7, 1974, is hereby confirmed.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
