CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO HELP IN THE PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE NINTH MINIESTERIAL CONFERENCE FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTHERN ASIA IN MANILA, NOVEMBER 14 TO 16, 1974.

There is hereby created an executive Committee to help in the preparations and arrangements for the holding of the Ninth Ministerial Conference for Economic Development of Southeast Asia in Manila, November 14 to 16, 1974, composed of the following:

The Committee snail provide directional guidance and render coordinating assistance to a Secretariat headed by a ranking official that will be formed by the Department of Foreign Affairs to service the requirements of the Session.

The Committee may call upon the heads of depart­ments, bureaus, and offices for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
