Participants from provincial governments and other government agencies who will undertake training with the Provincial Development Assistance Project on Basic Training Program from 30 September to 26 October 1974 are hereby exempted from the provisions under Memo Circular 593, Office of the President, dated 8 August 1972 regarding attendance at meetings, seminars, workshops, conventions, or the like.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
