Participants from provincial governments and other government agencies who will attend the Small Scale Industries Seminar on 9-20 September 1974 are hereby exempted from the provisions under Memo Circular 593, Office of the President, dated.8 August 1972 regarding attendance at meetings, seminars, workshops, conventions or the like.
