AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 623 DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1973.

Paragraph 4 of Memorandum Circular No. 623 dated February 13, 1973 entitled “Authorizing the Secretary of Local Government and Community Development to Act on Requests of Local Governments for Exemptions under the Provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 593, Series of 1972” is hereby amended to authorize the Secretary of Local Government and Community Development to delegate the authority to the DLGCD Regional Development Directors to act on requests of local governments, outside of equipment purchases, for exemptions under the provisions of Memorandum Circular No 593 dated August 8, 1972.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
